These Terms of Use apply to your use of FastEstimate, including our websites, applications, project workspaces, project tools, voice or dictation features, document processing, generated outputs, support tools, billing features, and related services. These Terms form an agreement between you and Standard Ways, Inc. SARL.

Standard Ways, Inc. SARL builds software and services for project estimation, project controls, and business automation, with FastEstimate focused on mining and infrastructure estimate workflows.

Registration and Access
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service.
You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Using FastEstimate
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use FastEstimate for lawful estimating, project controls, review, collaboration, document processing, project planning, and related business purposes.
In using the service, you must comply with applicable laws, procurement rules, confidentiality duties, employment duties, professional obligations, export controls, sanctions rules, and any project, client, or organization restrictions that apply to your work.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use FastEstimate to:
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate anyone's rights.
- Upload content you are not authorized to use or process.
- Modify, copy, lease, sell, resell, or distribute non-public parts of the service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code, algorithms, or non-public systems, except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
- Automatically or programmatically extract data or outputs at scale without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, attack, or bypass access controls, rate limits, protective measures, or security controls.
- Upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to compromise systems.
- Use outputs to train or develop a competing service without permission.
- Use the service to make safety-critical, legal, financial, employment, medical, insurance, credit, engineering, procurement, investment, or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review.
Content
You may provide prompts, files, estimates, assumptions, models, project data, communications, comments, approvals, review notes, voice or dictation content, and other materials to the service. You are responsible for your content, including ensuring that it does not violate applicable law, confidentiality obligations, project restrictions, third-party rights, or these Terms.
As between you and Standard Ways, you retain your ownership rights in project files and business data. You grant Standard Ways the rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and generate outputs from your content for the purpose of providing, maintaining, supporting, improving, and protecting FastEstimate.
Outputs and Professional Review
FastEstimate may generate estimates, workbooks, reports, dashboards, risk summaries, recommendations, messages, and project notes. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for your project. You must independently review and verify all outputs before relying on them, sharing them, pricing work, making commitments, issuing client deliverables, approving budgets, or making investment, engineering, safety, procurement, legal, tax, or commercial decisions.
Billing, Credits, and Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid plan, usage credits, subscription, or workspace billing arrangement. You are responsible for taxes, payment details, usage authorized by your account or workspace, and charges that apply under your plan. Unless otherwise required by law or a separate written agreement, payments and consumed usage credits are non-refundable.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using FastEstimate at any time. Standard Ways may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, failed to pay applicable charges, or if we must do so for legal, security, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Intellectual Property
FastEstimate, including its software, interface, workflow design, branding, templates, and service materials, is owned by Standard Ways or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
Disclaimers
FastEstimate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Standard Ways does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, unique, or suitable for your use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Standard Ways will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, procurement losses, estimate variance, project overruns, or investment losses arising from or relating to your use of FastEstimate.
Dispute Resolution
Before either party starts formal legal action, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@standardways.com and providing a reasonable description of the issue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will try to provide notice through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
