We collect information directly from you, from workspace administrators and collaborators, from devices and browsers, from service providers, from authentication and payment providers, and from integrations you choose to use.

- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain FastEstimate.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, roles, invitations, and permissions.
- Process project files, prompts, tasks, estimates, outputs, review threads, approvals, and audit logs.
- Draft, analyze, summarize, transform, and route project information for requested workflows.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, service notices, onboarding, and product updates.
- Process billing, subscriptions, credits, invoices, fraud prevention, and account administration.
- Monitor reliability, security, abuse, policy compliance, and unauthorized access.
- Improve FastEstimate, develop features, measure usage, and debug issues.
- Comply with law, enforce terms, resolve disputes, and protect users, clients, Standard Ways, and third parties.
Disclosure of Information

- To service providers that host, store, process, secure, analyze, transmit, or support FastEstimate.

Workspace Administration
If your account is part of a company, client, contractor, or team workspace, workspace administrators or authorized team members may access, export, review, delete, or manage workspace content, usage, billing, audit logs, approvals, and member access according to their role.
Retention
We retain personal information and project content for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain workspaces, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve audit trails, support backups, and protect security.
Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet, email, storage, or processing system is fully secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials, limiting workspace access, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive uploads.
International Processing
FastEstimate and its providers may process information in Cote d'Ivoire, the United States, Europe, and other countries where we or our providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also be able to manage account settings, workspace membership, notification preferences, and some project content directly in the service. Children
FastEstimate is intended for business and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Links and Services
FastEstimate may link to third-party websites or services. This Policy does not apply to services that Standard Ways does not control. Review third-party policies before using those services.
